Confirm your membership status ahead of the Special Members' Meeting.
A member is defined as:
Any person who provides a monetary or in-kind contribution to the corporation on or after October 9th, 2024.
To confirm your membership status for the purpose of the Special Members' Meeting, submit the form below by July 8, 2026. You can also email the same details directly to membership@cjai.ca.
About the Members List
For privacy reasons, we cannot publicly share or distribute our Members List. It contains members' names, addresses, phone numbers, and email addresses, and sharing it openly would compromise members' privacy. You can, however, confirm your own membership status using the form below.

Submit the details below by July 8, 2026 and we'll confirm your membership status for the Special Members' Meeting. Your information is emailed directly to the membership team and is not stored on this website.
