Contact Form

• News & Press Releases: Your message may be read on the air by our DJs. We will not read your name or email address on the air unless you specifically request this in your message. By submitting news or press releases, you consent to your message being broadcast.
• Community Announcements: Your message may be read on the air by our DJs. We will not read your name or email address on the air unless you specifically request this in your message. By submitting community announcements, you consent to your message being broadcast.
• All Other Inquiries: Messages sent for general inquiries, advertising, feedback, or other topics are for internal use only and will not be broadcast on the air.

Performance Studio Booking Form

By submitting a performance studio booking request, you consent to a member of the CJAI team contacting you to organize you and/or your band to perform in our performance space. Your contact information will only be used to coordinate the booking and will not be shared with third parties or used for any other purpose.

Music Submission Form

By submitting your music through our music submission form, you agree to the following:

• You consent to CJAI playing your music on the radio (101.3 FM) and streaming it on our website
• Your track may be added to Radio Free Stella (radiofreestella.com), our sister station that plays all local music, all the time
• You will not be paid for your music or for plays on air or online streaming
• There is no guarantee your track will be played on air or posted to Radio Free Stella
• Only local music from Eastern Ontario will be considered for airplay
• We may contact you via email regarding your submission or for promotional purposes related to your music

4. Third-Party Services

Donations and Payments

When you make a donation to Island Radio through third-party payment platforms (Stripe, PayPal, GoFundMe, or Interac e-Transfer), you are subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies and terms of service. We do not collect, store, or process payment information directly. Please review the privacy policies of these services:

Email Service Provider

We use Resend as our email service provider to send and receive messages from our contact and submission forms. Resend processes your email address and message content in accordance with their privacy policy.

File Hosting

Music files submitted through our music submission form are hosted by UploadThing. Your audio files and associated metadata are processed and stored in accordance with UploadThing's privacy policy.

5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:

• With Your Consent: When you submit news, press releases, or community announcements via our contact form, your message may be read on the air as described in Section 3
• Service Providers: We share necessary information with service providers (Resend, UploadThing) who assist us in operating our website and services
